These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between 663ber and every player who registers and uses the 663ber platform. By creating a 663ber account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause contained in this document. If you do not agree, you must not use 663ber.

663ber reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an eligible player will be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accrued during an unverified period may be voided at 663ber's absolute discretion.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the 663ber Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances held within them.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address. 663ber is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect registration details provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 663ber login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. You must notify 663ber support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. 663ber will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by the Player's failure to keep credentials secure.
663ber is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and in other circumstances where verification is required by anti-money laundering regulations. KYC documentation may include a copy of a government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.
663ber reserves the right to limit one Account per household address and per device IP address at its discretion, particularly where multiple registrations from a single source appear to be related to bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
663ber accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and USDT TRC20. Payment methods available to individual players may vary based on account verification status and jurisdictional factors.
Deposits may be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where USDT TRC20 is used, the equivalent PKR value at the prevailing exchange rate at time of deposit will be credited to the Account.
Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page within the 663ber Account dashboard and are subject to change. Current minimums are displayed in real time within the Platform; this document does not replicate live operational figures which are subject to update.
Deposits must only be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from accounts belonging to any person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for Account suspension and return of funds to the original source.
Once a deposit is credited to a 663ber Account, it is considered accepted by the Player. 663ber is not liable for deposits made in error. Players are encouraged to use the deposit limit tools in their Account dashboard to set maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in accordance with their personal financial situation.
Withdrawals from a 663ber Account are subject to the following conditions:
663ber applies a matched-withdrawal policy: withdrawals will be returned via the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, up to the deposit amount. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not negotiable. Any excess funds above the matched deposit amount may be withdrawn via the Player's preferred approved method.
663ber offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms applicable to each offer, which supplement these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
New players at 663ber may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The specific terms of the welcome bonus — including deposit minimum, bonus percentage, wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limit — are set out on the Promotions page and are subject to change. Players must opt in to the welcome bonus before or at the time of their first deposit; bonuses cannot be applied retroactively.
Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, coordinating play with another player to minimise wagering risk, or using automated systems to satisfy wagering requirements — constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances including real money funds.
All games available on the 663ber Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studio facilities and governed by the same regulatory standards. The outcome of any game cannot be influenced by 663ber, by the Player, or by any third party.
In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including disconnection, server error, or software failure — 663ber will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore any clearly documented game state. Where a game state cannot be reliably restored, 663ber reserves the right to void the round and return the stake to the Player's balance. No further liability arises in respect of voided rounds.
A bet or wager is accepted only when confirmation of acceptance is displayed within the 663ber Platform interface. Bets placed but not confirmed due to network interruption or system error are not binding. 663ber is not liable for bets that fail to register due to factors outside its reasonable control, including Player-side connectivity issues.
Sports betting odds are offered in good faith based on available information at the time of market publication. 663ber reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an obvious pricing error has occurred, or where post-event information indicates the bet was placed after the relevant event had already concluded.

During any active self-exclusion, 663ber will not send marketing materials to the excluded player. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion — including registering a new Account — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all Accounts being closed and all Balances forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 663ber Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balances, and may be reported to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

No Player or third party may reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any 663ber Platform content without prior written consent from 663ber. Unauthorised use of 663ber intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
The 663ber name and logo are proprietary marks. Use of these marks in any context other than for the purpose of accessing 663ber's own services — including in promotional materials, affiliate marketing, or social media — requires prior written authorisation from 663ber.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 663ber's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
663ber shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental losses — including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data — arising from:

663ber collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the overall agreement between 663ber and each Player. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
663ber does not sell Player personal data to third parties. Data sharing with payment processors, KYC verification services, and regulatory authorities occurs only to the extent required for the lawful operation of the Platform and fulfilment of licensing obligations.
A Player may request Account closure at any time by contacting 663ber support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to the Player's registered payment method. Real Money Funds in the Account at the time of closure will be returned within five (5) business days. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
663ber reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering suspicion, bonus abuse, or regulatory instruction from a competent authority. Where an Account is closed due to Player fault, 663ber may withhold some or all Balances subject to the outcome of any investigation.
An Account that has been inactive — meaning no login, deposit, or wager activity — for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 663ber reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule displayed within the Platform. Players will be notified by email or SMS before dormancy fees are applied.
In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of these Terms, a game outcome, a payment, or any other aspect of the 663ber Platform, the Player must in the first instance contact 663ber support in writing, providing full details of the complaint. 663ber will acknowledge the complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 663ber support, the matter may be referred to the applicable alternative dispute resolution body as specified in 663ber's licence conditions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 663ber's gaming licence is issued. Each party irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction in connection with any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
663ber's determination of the outcome of any game — based on its certified RNG system or live dealer results — shall be final and binding in the absence of a demonstrable technical error materially affecting the result.
663ber reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, with reasonable notice before the changes take effect. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication of the updated Terms on the Platform.
Continued use of the 663ber Platform following the notification of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
